During his tenure with the Saudi Educational Mission to the U.S., Mandeil championed education and training programs, fostering the technical and professional growth of Saudi students abroad. His dedication to skill development extended further when he took on leadership roles at the Saudi American Bank, where he transformed HR strategies and implemented initiatives to enhance workforce performance.

 

As an entrepreneur, Mandeil demonstrated his ability to build and lead ventures across diverse industries. From founding Zaff International, which supported critical supply chains for Saudi government entities, to establishing Lex International and Retread Tire Systems Factory, his ventures have thrived under his guidance. His focus on creating impactful businesses also led to the founding of educational institutions like the International School of Knowledge and Al Waha Academic Institute, which empowered countless individuals through quality education and training.

 

Mandeil’s academic foundation includes degrees in Public Administration and International Relations from California State University, Chico, and the University of Houston, supplemented by specialized training in law-making, management, and finance. His strategic vision is deeply informed by his diverse experiences and commitment to excellence.
